來信時附上 iOS 版本、iPhone 機型與 App 版本（在 App 的「更多」頁最下方）會讓我快很多。
Including your iOS version, iPhone model and app version (bottom of the “More” tab) helps a lot.

我換了手機／重灌，訂閱不見了I reinstalled and my subscription is gone
打開 App →「更多」→ 訂閱區塊 →「恢復購買」，用當初購買的 Apple ID 登入即可。訂閱綁在 Apple ID 上，不會因為換手機而消失。
Open the App → More → subscription section → Restore Purchases, signed in with the Apple ID you bought it with. Subscriptions live on the Apple ID, not the device.
怎麼取消訂閱？How do I cancel?
iPhone「設定」→ 點最上方你的名字 →「訂閱項目」→ 選 Still Scent →「取消訂閱」。取消後仍可用到當期結束。退款請到 reportaproblem.apple.com 向 Apple 申請（開發者無法代為退款）。
iPhone Settings → your name at the top → Subscriptions → Still Scent → Cancel. You keep access until the period ends. For refunds, ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com — developers cannot issue them.
訂閱了，但 iCloud 同步沒生效I subscribed but iCloud sync isn’t on
同步模式在 App 啟動時決定，所以訂閱後請完全關閉 App 再重開一次。另外請確認 iPhone 已登入 iCloud，且「設定 → 你的名字 → iCloud」中 Still Scent 的開關是開啟的。
Sync mode is decided at launch, so fully quit and reopen the App after subscribing. Also check you’re signed in to iCloud and that Still Scent is enabled under Settings → your name → iCloud.
AI 辨識認錯了香水The AI recognised the wrong fragrance
辨識結果送出後可以直接修改任何欄位再儲存。光線充足、瓶身正面、字樣清楚的照片準確率最高；同系列的 flanker（同名衍生版）最容易混淆，請自行核對。
You can edit every field before saving. Good light, a straight-on shot and legible text help most; flankers in the same line are the easiest to confuse, so double-check those.
免費額度用完了I ran out of free AI allowance
免費額度為辨識 5 次、顧問對話 10 則。用完後 AI 功能需訂閱 Still Scent Pro；收藏、日記、資料庫、剩量、Widget 等功能不受影響，永遠免費。
The free allowance is 5 recognitions and 10 advisor messages. After that, AI features need Still Scent Pro. Collection, journal, library, bottle levels and widgets stay free and unlimited.
怎麼刪除我的資料？How do I delete my data?
單筆資料可在 App 內刪除。要刪除全部：移除 App 即可清掉裝置上的資料；若曾開啟 iCloud 同步，再到「設定 → 你的名字 → iCloud → 管理帳號儲存空間」刪除 Still Scent 的資料。我們的伺服器不保存你的收藏或對話內容。
Delete items individually in the App. To delete everything: removing the App clears on-device data; if you used iCloud sync, also delete the App’s data in Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage. Our servers hold no collection or chat content.
推薦沒有參考天氣Recommendations ignore the weather
請確認已允許位置權限（設定 → Still Scent → 位置 →「使用 App 期間」）。拒絕授權也能正常使用，只是推薦不會納入天氣因素。
Check that location is allowed (Settings → Still Scent → Location → While Using the App). Declining is fine — the pick simply won’t factor in weather.
資料庫裡找不到我的香水My fragrance isn’t in the library
可以手動新增，或用 AI 拍照建檔（不限於內建資料庫）。也歡迎來信告訴我缺了哪一支，資料庫會定期更新，不需要更新 App。
Add it manually or let AI create it from a photo — it isn’t limited to the built-in library. Email me what’s missing; the library updates without an app update.
